SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms. These terms
are designed to protect the operational integrity of the business.
1 Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period of 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before
shipment. Processing times are distinct from shipping transit times. During high-volume periods, processing
may take longer; we do not guarantee specific dispatch dates.
2 Shipping Estimates & Third-Party Delays
Shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates only. The business is not liable for delays caused by
carrier services, customs clearance, extreme weather, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.
No refunds will be issued for "late" deliveries that are within the carrier's possession.
3 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not
responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to
us as "Undeliverable," "Refused," or "Insufficient Address," the customer is responsible for the original
shipping costs and any additional fees incurred to re-ship the item.
4 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility ends. The business is not
responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or lost after delivery. We recommend customers use a
secure delivery location. In the event of a lost-in-transit package (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing
a claim with the carrier, but no refunds or replacements will be issued until the carrier investigation is
complete and the claim is paid.
5 International Shipping & Duties
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We will not undervalue shipments
or mark them as "gifts." If a customer refuses a package due to import fees, the package will be abandoned,
and no refund will be issued.
