REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy is strictly enforced to maintain product quality and business sustainability. By purchasing,
you agree to these terms.
1. Final Sale Policy
Except as required by law, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind," "buyer’s
remorse," or "accidental orders." Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Evidence of a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent must be provided (clear photos/video).
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any
damage. Failure to report damage within this timeframe will result in a denial of the claim. We reserve the
right to provide a replacement or repair rather than a refund at our sole discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: perishable goods, custom/personalized
products, personal care items, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-
refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that banks may take
5-10 business days to post the credit. Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply at our discretion.
